Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processors. They never touch our systems and we cannot see them.

Information from third parties: we receive fulfillment and tracking status from our shipping partners, fraud and risk signals from our payment processors, and aggregated advertising and analytics data from platforms including Meta and Google.

Order and transaction records are kept as long as needed to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations, generally at least seven years. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the relevant provider.

California Residents
The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents the rights listed above plus the right to non-discrimination for exercising them. We will not deny you goods, charge a different price, or give you a worse level of service because you made a request.
Categories collected in the past 12 months: identifiers, customer records information, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, approximate geolocation data, and inferences drawn from those.
